play store memup Slidepad NG 116DC

Bonsoir tout le monde,
j'ai récupéré il y a peu la Slidepad NG 116DC (je sais, elle commence à se faire ancienne) et je souhaitais l'utiliser pour regarder des vidéos YouTube sur un plus grand écran que mon téléphone, cependant j'ai rencontré un problème lors de la configuration de la tablette.
En effet lorsque j'ouvre le play store un message d'erreur s'affiche : "Erreur lors de la récupération des informations depuis le serveur ([RH-01])J'ai essayé pas mal de chose mais rien n'y fait ça ne fonctionne pas.
Quelqu'un d'autra a-t-il déjà eu cette erreur ?
Que devrais-je faire ?
