i have 2 questions about Memup K18 4GB MP4:
1 - how i know that the MP4 batery is recharging or recherged?
2 - seems that i must convert the videos. where can i find\download the software for it?

I don't know this MP4 player, so I don't know where to see if the batery is recharged.
But you can use Freemake Video Converter^(Lang=Br) to convert your videos. Be aware of the crapware proposal during the installation (uncheck it).
