Mediadisk LX Lan firmware upgrade

Hi,
i have bought the product "Mediadisk LX LAN" but when i try to see a .mp4 video the Mediadisk say "File incorrect or not supported".
There is a firmware upgrade to see .mp4 video file?

thank you for the answer.
The file that you have found it's the same that i have.
It is the ISO of the installaction cd that is present on the box when you buy the Mediadisc LX Memup.

I need a new firmware/codecs because my firmware doesn't suppor the .mp4 video file 
Where i can find it?

I am not even sure that there is a new firmware that will enable .mp4 video file.
Maybe someone else will help you.
If you do fint it though, please share it here.
